How do you think it feels to tell a story to friends in jest and then have it repeated back to you months or years later, in awed, hushed tones, and realize that you, your very own self, are responsible for creating an urban legend?
I think it must be pretty awesome.
(It's probably not actually like that at all, though. Like a game of telephone millions of people long, the story is probably changed and embellished in the retelling beyond all recognition by the original teller. Still, it's a pretty neat thought.)
