I’m surrounded by sadists! A trip to the Emergency Room

I’ve been sick for a week. I went to bed with a scratchy throat last Sunday night, woke up with laryngitis, and have been croaking, coughing, and sneezing my way back to better health ever since.

I’m finally starting to feel appreciably better.

But this story isn’t about me.
